dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en 1996, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 longtemps en institutions ( IME, foyer de vie, FAM\u2026) avec des enfants et adultes porteurs de d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle avec troubles associ\u00e9s ( psychose, autisme \u2026) avant de cr\u00e9er mon propre cabinet en juillet 2013 au sein d\u2019une maison de sant\u00e9 pluridisciplinaire.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019accompagne principalement les enfants et leurs parents et me forme r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement afin d\u2019actualiser ma pratique.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019interviens aussi en EPADH, R\u00e9sidence Autonomie et Accueil de jour pour personnes atteintes de la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer ou de troubles apparent\u00e9s , aupr\u00e8s de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (groupes Le compte-rendu de cette \u00e9valuation et les propositions de soins qui en d\u00e9coulent sont transmis au m\u00e9decin prescripteur pour valider la d\u00e9marche th\u00e9rapeutique envisag\u00e9e. Une ordonnance du p\u00e9diatre ou m\u00e9decin est n\u00e9cessaire.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p><p>Il se d\u00e9roule sur 3 heures en deux rdv d\u20191 heure 30 principalement mais parfois en une seule fois ou 3 fois 1 heure pour s\u2019adapter au mieux aux possibilit\u00e9s des enfants.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p><p>Un temps d\u2019anamn\u00e8se en pr\u00e9sence de l\u2019un ou des deux parents permet de comprendre les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es, la demande, le parcours de l\u2019enfant et de sa famille.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p><p>Dans le bilan, j\u2019utilise des \u00e9preuves cot\u00e9es ( MABC2, BHK\u2026.) et l\u2019observation clinique.
